⸻ The Aesthetic x Tea – Service Policy Thank you for choosing The Aesthetic x Tea! I’m so excited to care for your skin and provide a peaceful, pampering experience. Please read all spa policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below. These policies are strictly enforced to protect your time, my time, and create the best possible experience for everyone. ⸻ Booking & Payments • A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This goes toward your service total. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee is received. • The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after your service. • Accepted forms of payment: Cash 💵 | Apple Pay 🍎 | Cash App 💸 ⸻ Late Arrivals • A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes. • If you are 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • A $15 cancellation fee applies to late cancellations. • If you do not reschedule, the cancellation fee still applies. • Unpaid cancellation fees will result in blocked future bookings. ⸻ Appointment Prep & Arrival • Service times may vary depending on your treatment and any add-ons. • First-time clients: Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete new client forms and chat with Tea about your skincare goals. • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin for the best results. ⸻ Health & Safety • If you have any contraindications that may affect the safety of your service, your appointment will be cancelled. If prepaid, you’ll be refunded minus the booking fee. • No waxing during your menstrual cycle unless a tampon is worn. • If you choose not to wear one, your appointment will be rescheduled. If not rescheduled, the cancellation policy applies. ⸻ During Your Service • No phones allowed during the service unless it’s an emergency. • No children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment room. This is your time to relax, recharge, and refocus. ⸻ Waxing Clients • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your Brazilian wax appointment. • Bring a bag for your underwear — underwear should not be worn for 24 hours post-wax for hygiene and comfort. ⸻ Please ensure you’ve read and understand all policies prior to booking. Cancellation Policy
• A $15 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
